What to Expect
Surf Lessons
We will walk to the beach every day for our daily surf lessons for all levels. Surfing with the women around you will make you feel empowered and motivated, we encourage you to use surfing as a medium for self-observation. Flow with the ocean and learn about yourself, knowing when to push yourself and knowing when to retract. Dreamy empty lineups for a week!
Introspective Art
Join us on an inspiring journey of self-discovery and self-expression led by our esteemed art mentor, Ceca. With intention and care, we'll explore the profound connection between art and personal growth, diving beneath the conscious layers to unearth the essence of our artistic selves.
Yoga Sessions
We offer yoga classes, to balance the connection between soul, body, and mind through intentional movement. We found yoga to be great for our lives and mind and no need to mention, surfing’s best friend. It is a great complementary movement to practice alongside surfing to keep your muscles relaxed and healthy after the strength and agility practiced in the water.
Intentional Food
Indulge in a diverse menu crafted with inspiration from the revered blue zone that envelops us. Guided by our skilled local cook and the traditional knowledge of Nicoya's inhabitants, we present an authentic and wholesome Costa Rican diet, inviting you to savor the true culinary essence of the blue zone. Nourish your body with feel-good food that replenishes your energy after engaging in our invigorating activities.
Connection
Get to know a network of women that surf and care about the community and find and express their creative wild selves. We don't know anything more important than that. The intimate experience that you can embark on goes to the next level through the friendships formed in it. We think we will slowly build a network of surfer women around the globe encouraging each other to pursue their most important desires, one wave at a time.
Nature
We are staying in the middle of the protected forest, the Refugio de Vida Silvestre Camaronal. The refuge shelters all types of wildlife in its area including felines and all types of birds, they also have a program for protecting sea turtles. Apart from surfing and wildlife observation, visitors to Camaronal Beach can engage in various ecotourism activities. Guided nature hikes, birdwatching tours, and kayaking excursions along the nearby rivers and mangroves are popular options.
